Flightline Aviation Talent is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chain. As a recruitment consultancy we recognise our particular responsibility: we verify candidates' right to work, we never charge candidates fees, and we work only with clients who meet lawful employment standards.

We expect the same of our suppliers, we train our consultants to recognise the signs of labour exploitation, and we will report suspected trafficking or forced labour to the relevant authorities. Concerns can be raised in confidence via our contact form.
